The Fiji National Provident Fund in its 2019 financial year held back about $1.3m of member contribution.
The money is yet to be deposited into members’ accounts.
FNPF clarified in its annual report that this money is classified as unidentified contributions.

The distribution to members’ accounts were held because of insufficient information supplied by employers.
The FNPF is calling on employers to ensure that proper filing is done before submission.
