Flood warning cancelled

The flood warning previously inforce for the low lying areas and small streams adjacent to Waimanu Station and downstream of Waimanu River is cancelled.

The Fiji Meteorological Office says the warning also inforce for stream adjacent to Naqali Station and downstream of Waidina River is also cancelled.

However, a trough of low pressure lies slow moving over the Southern part of Fiji with associated cloud and rain expected to affect the country.

Meanwhile, a high pressure system to the southeast of Fiji directs a fresh to strong moist easterly wind flow over the group.
