Five masked men armed with unknown weapons allegedly forcefully entered the residence of a 49-year-old Managing Director this morning at Vunikawai in Colo-I-Suva.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirms the men allegedly robbed the family, taking cash and jewellery.

The total amount of the stolen items are not yet known as investigations continue.

However, the Director and a relative sustained injuries and have been treated.

Naisoro says a team of investigators has been mobilised in search for the five men who are currently at large.
