Fish from Vanua Levu is being exported to the United States.

According to the Director Northern Development Programme, Waisele Tuidama, the NDP has been the driving force behind the export of fish to the US.

The programme has assisted many fishermen with boats, engines and fishing nets which has led to an increase in the catch.

Tuidama told FBC News – the export of fish from Vanua Levu will only get better as more people enter the industry.
