Preparations are well underway for FBC TV’s Project Jejemon fashion and design awards tonight.
Of the 15 designers to showcase their work, five of them will be presenting their collections to the public for the very first time.
First-time designer Preshika Ashwini says she’s really excited about the upcoming show and getting her designs showcased.
‘’Something very unique, something creative, something from my heart, which I’ve portrayed in my garments and I think that it’s one of a kind right now for Fiji’’.
One of the awards up for grabs is ‘Designer of the Year’.
The winner will receive a thousand dollars cash and a return trip to New Zealand or Australia flying Fiji Airways.
The fashion show starts at 7pm on Carnavon Street and tickets are selling at the Broadcasting House in Suva for $50.
