After 8pm last night, the National Fire Authority was alerted through a call and immediately responded.

When the NFA arrived on the scene, the house was engulfed in flames.

The fire team quickly tried to control the fire with two deliveries of water from their fire trucks and a hydrant supply.

The fire is suspected to have started in another tenant’s house and then spread to the double storey house.

The NFA will soon be conducting its investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
