The National Fire Authority firefighters are currently trying to put out a blaze that is engulfing the PA Lal Building in Walu Bay.

It is alleged that the fire broke out from the back of the building.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed to FBC News that Police Officers are also at the scene.

Firefighters are trying to contain the fire as it poses a risk to a nearby fuel depot.

NFA is also on both sides of the building trying to stop the fire from spreading to the tyre shop connected to the PA Lal building.
