”It’s also an international style event so it’s outside the normal things that we see in Fiji as it’s a festival atmosphere and it’s a family event, so we’re encouraging families to come on down bring a mat, a chair and bring some happy vibes and come and enjoy the beautiful day.”

The festival has been organized by the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation, Knox Entertainment, Paradise Beverages and the Suva City Council.

FBC’s GOLD FM Programme Director, Kara Koroi is urging Fijians to get their tickets.

“Tickets are $25 and it’s available at FBC, Ginger Café and the ROC Café as well and they’re selling pretty fast, so we’re stressing the fact that people should get their tickets first before they actually plan out their day because it’s like 12 hours, you can easily stop by a few minutes then you take off again and you come back for some more.”

Entry fee for children under 12 years is free and the event will start at 11am till 10pm at Thurston Garden in Suva.
