Fijian women are capable and should not be under estimated.

Speaking at the National Day for Rural Women, clinical psychologist from Germany, Dr Fozmin Jungmeier, said women are the strength for every family.

“Women are powerful, we can sew, we can cook, we educate our kids even there are so many of our sisters have been to school themselves yet their children know how to sing , how to clean, how to eat, how to go to the toilet without having the western toilet system where a child takes six months to train. Our Fijian boys and girls at the age of three are running around the toilet trained without youtube, without books, without going to a parental seminar for three weeks.”
