Fijian student in Samoa in critical condition

A Fijian tertiary student studying in Samoa is believed to be in critical condition, fighting for this life in hospital.

The Australian Pacific Technical College student based in Apia, Samoa is, being reported by Samoan media, to have being involved in an altercation with villagers in front of a local nightclub on Friday last week.

APTC has confirmed that one of their students was involve in an incident in the city area and that he is undergoing medical treatment at the National Hospital in Samoa.

His immediate family has been informed and APTC Management is providing support to the family and students involved in the incident.

The incident is being investigated by the police.
