The Fiji Trade Commissioner to Papua New Guinea, Navitalai Tuivuniwai will visit the Autonomous Region of Bougainville next week to strengthen trade and investment relations between the two countries.

During his visit, he will be meeting key stakeholders, provincial leaders, and the business community.

The Fiji Trade Commission will also conduct trade and investment awareness sessions in Buka and Arawa.

Tuivuniwai says there are enormous opportunities for developing long term partnerships and investments between the two countries in areas like tourism, agriculture, manufacturing and other professional services.
