The Nacanieli Cawanibuka coached side finished as winners of Pool B after three wins on day one.
The World Series champions made a good start to the tournament with a 33-7 win over Japan and just scrapped past Kenya 28-24.

In its last pool match, Fiji had to come back from a 19-14 deficit to beat France 28-19.
Fiji will play England in the last quarter-final at 12.10am tomorrow.
In other quarter-finals, South Africa plays Wales at 11.04pm, New Zealand battles Kenya at 11.26pm while Scotland plays USA at 11.48pm.
