Fiji signs condolence book for Paris attacks victims

Fiji’s Ambassador to Belgium and France Deo Saran was among hundreds of dignitaries who gathered to sign the condolence book for victims of the Paris attacks on November 13th.

The book is being opened at the Palace of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development – Protocol, Paris.

Saran also conveyed deep condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the victims’ families and loved ones, and to all the people of France.

Saran who is also the Permanent Representative to the European Union says the thoughts and prayers of Fijians are with the grieving families during this time.

Meanwhile, a memorial service will be for the victims of the Paris attack at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Suva this afternoon.

President Jioji Konrote is expected to be at the service.
