Fiji Red Cross to distribute relief items until next year

The Fiji Red Cross will continue its work for the rehabilitation for cyclone Winston until April next year.
Director General, Filipe Nainoca says they currently have their volunteers out and about in their 16 branches to distribute the much needed relief to those who were affected by Winston.
“Non-food items are dignity packs, shelter tool kits and what we call black packs, has enough clothing that will help a family of four so that they are able to in an event if something happen, they are able to cloth themselves together with the basic necessities."
Meanwhile, Fiji Red Cross plans to extend their branches to maritime islands by next year to help with any relief after a natural disaster.
