The Vodafone Fiji 7s side will need to have a better finish than South Africa at the Cape Town tournament to have any chances of leading the World Series points table after the first leg.

South Africa leads the standings with 22 points while Fiji is second on 19.

The host are hot favorites for its second win on the series this season and other teams will need to play their best game to stop the leaders.
