FICAC files Nolle prosequi in Lolesh Sharma's case

FICAC today indicated in the Suva Magistrates court that they will no longer prosecute former Sun Insurance Chief Executive Lolesh Sharma.

Sharma was charged by FICAC with one count of attempt to undue influence.

It’s alleged that in October 2017, Sharma attempted to hinder or interfere with the free exercise or performance of the political right of the employees of Sun Insurance Limited relevant to the 2018 General Election.

FICAC lawyer today filed a Nolle prosequi in the Suva Magistrates court.
