The Fiji Independent Commission against Corruption has cleared Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum of any breach of the Political Parties (Registration, Conduct, Funding and Disclosures) Decree of 2013.

Opposition Leader Ro Teimumu Kepa lodged a complaint against Sayed-Khaiyum claiming he made a false declaration on his income, Assets and Liabilities.

Sayed-Khaiyum says after a thorough assessment, FICAC has evidence the property in question was purchased by and is owned by Midlife Investment Limited and not by him.
