FICAC is intending to apply to have the case transferred to the High Court.

Prosecution lawyer Lilian Mausio says they are not objecting to the release of the vehicle which was given to Marawa.

However they are requesting the accused to deposit $25, 000 in court for cash bond which is equivalent to the cost of the vehicle.

Bail has been extended to the 26th of this month.
