The Fijian Holdings Limited Tower once constructed is expected to uplift the surrounding of Gordon Street in Suva.

Fareed says the outlets in the tower will be targeted towards international agencies or diplomatic representatives and not much of commercial spaces.

“The tower should be ready within 26-27 months from the starting date of the construction. At this stage the construction should start after we sign the contracts and we’re planning to sign them within the month of August and the construction should start in the month of October.”

Fareed says the numbers for investment costs are stacking at over seventy million.

He adds the company is no longer partnering with the Seventh Day Adventist Church to construct this tower.

The Group consists of fourteen subsidiaries and is a listed company on the South Pacific Stock Exchange.
