FHL to construct 4 star hotels in Fiji

With a growth in the tourism sector the Fijian Holding’s Limited will soon invest in two four star hotels in Fiji.

FHL Group Chief Executive Nouzab Fareed says each hotel will have around 150 to 200 rooms and will cater for more than 400 guests.

He says this development will also create employment for Fijians.

Fareed says other than tourism, FHL is looking to further broaden their portfolio.

“We are seriously looking at two renewable energy projects, we are looking at two hotels and we are putting a lot of money into the building and construction sector and at this stage we are also serious about a logistics company.”

On the development of hotels, the Chief Executive says one hotel will be based in Suva and the other in Nadi.
