Fijian Holdings Limited is expected to start work on its new multi-storey building by next year.

Situated in the middle of the Suva Business District, FHL Tower will cost about $40 million and will become the flagship property of Fijian Hoildings.

Chief Executive Nouzab Fareed confirms the building will cater for the needs of
the corporate sector and international agencies.

“We don’t want to spend money without really knowing who’s going to stay inside. We’re talking to corporates, multi-lateral agencies and embassies. Depending on all that and whoever wants the naming rights, we’ll start in the first quarter of next year.”
