Some voters have praised the Fijian Elections Office and the Police force for ensuring that their voting process is carried out safely.

Voters at the Adi Cakobau School polling center say they were assisted by the officials which made their work easier yesterday.

Voter, Mahendra Chaudhry says the Elections Office took care of every detail and they are happy.

“They provided us with good safety here at Adi Cakobau School, people have been coming and voting and they didn’t face any problems here so I thank God for it, now we just have to choose the right government.”

One thousand three hundred and five registered were expected to cast their vote at ACS
