FEO Officials help bedridden voters

Voting was suspended for a few minutes at the Verata Wailevu Polling Station 2.

FBC News understands the polling was put on hold as the presiding officer went to residence of three voters who are bedridden.

The presiding officer together with two polling agents and the ballot papers were escorted by a police officer to the residence of the three voters.

Meanwhile, rain continues in Verata as voters are moving slowly to the two polling stations.

More than 600 voters are registered to vote at the two Verata Wailevu village polling stations.
