With the upcoming General Election demands for information and know-hows of the electoral process has increased immensely.
Taking heed of this, the Fijian Elections Office launched their website to provide periodic information for voters.
Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem says the website has been a work in progress with an in house development.
Saneem says they have also developed a FEO result app to better their services and to increase the level of transparency.
“The Fijian Elections Office has insured that all our goals and outcomes are not only focused on better delivery of the 2018 General Election but also sets the foundation for an improved election in the future.”
Meanwhile, the FEO will have a live feed whereby Fijians will be able to see the places where the ballet boxes will be stored and how much access is being granted.
