Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem says a structured planning approach is instrumental in building a stable and dynamic organization.

The Fijian Elections Office has today launched its strategic plan for 2020 to 2023.

Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem says a structured planning approach is instrumental in building a stable and dynamic organization.

Saneem says FEO has established itself as an existing spectrum and challenges have been a key driver of motivation for them.

“This second strategic plan is aimed at driving sustainability and building of capacity of secondary stakeholder institutions in the electoral environment, such as NGOs, political parties and the youth groups.”

The FEO is also intending to mobilize mobile base solutions for monitoring and handling of various processes in the operational delivery of an election.

Saneem says they will look at more election apps to make work easier.
