The Fiji Trades Union Congress General Secretary Felix Anthony was taken in for questioning by Police earlier today.

The Fiji Police Force have confirmed that Anthony was questioned in relation to the conduct of the march that took place on the 13th of this month.

They also stated that Anthony was questioned on the events that happened after the march.

FBC News also contacted Anthony who confirmed that he was taken in for questioning this morning at the Lautoka Police Station.

Anthony has since been released from custody.
