The Fiji Corrections Service will this year reflect on what has been achieved in the past and what services has improved the Yellow Ribbon Program.

Today FSC launched the countdown to the annual Yellow Ribbon Walk which is scheduled for the 21st of October.

Yellow Ribbon Program Director Elenani Vuru says the walk will also include an awareness campaign to boost and inspire the community to support the rehabilitation process.

Vuru says the Walk also signifies the new approach that the correction service is undertaking with the Yellow Ribbon Program.
