FBC’s Morning News starts tomorrow at 6.15am

The Fiji Broadcasting Corporation will be starting its FBC News Mornings from 6:15 tomorrow.

Chief Executive Riyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says this will ensure Fijians start their day with the latest news from around the country by tuning into the FBC TV channel.

Sayed-Khaiyum says the 15-minute news will be aired on weekdays.

He says positive feedback has been received so far after the midday bulletin was introduced.

If they have missed out on the previous night’s news, if they want to know what has happened overnight in Fiji and around the world, they will be able to catch up with a quick 15 minutes news bulletin. We want everyone to be healthy as well in Fiji, so you get out of bed, at 6am there will be a 15 minutes exercise program and from 6.15 we will have the news.

Sayed-Khaiyum says FBC through this new segment aims to provide reliable, trustworthy and latest in news to all Fijians.

The morning news will be aired on weekdays for 15 minutes.
