The Fiji Broadcasting Corporation will soon have an outside broadcast bus.

Chief Executive Riyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says the bus was made in here in Fiji and constructed to international standards.

“When we negotiated with Whiteways for the OB bus, they did the project for us and they doing the project for us, it’s not quite over yet prices that was much much more reasonable that what was offered to us by suppliers by our neighboring countries Australia and New Zealand.”

Sayed-Khaiyum says Fiji is the leader in the region and a lot of the broadcasters and other agencies that come to Fiji take their cue from here.

He says the OB bus will be ready in two weeks’ time.
