The Fiji Broadcasting Corporation celebrated its 62nd Birthday yesterday.
FBC chief executive Riyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says the celebration is all about giving back to those who have contributed to FBC’s success.
“Our celebration is not about having a very huge celebration but it’s about giving back to the people that make FBC successful. In fact it’s the other way around, we are sixty two years younger i think and we want to do more, we want to try out more things we want to do more exciting things and we just gonna have to watch the space because it’s going to be quite full.”
Sayed Khaiyum says with sixty two years of experience under the belt, FBC is only getting bigger and stronger.
He adds FBC will continue to evolve and grow as time passes by.
FBC comprises six radio stations, Today FM, GOLD FM, Mirchi FM, Bula FM, Radio Fiji One, Radio Fiji Two and FBC TV.
