Fashion Council to Host Fijian Fashion Festival

The Fashion Council of Fiji will be organizing a Fijian Fashion Festival in June this year.
This Fashion Festival aims to train young people so that they start valuing themselves both commercially and as individuals.
Close to 110 models turned up at the Fiji Museum today to audition and be part of the Fijian Fashion Festival which will happen for the first time in June.
Chairperson for the Fashion Council of Fiji Faraz Ali says he wanted every model to come out better as individuals and have job security in the future.
“Fijian Fashion Festival is over a two day show of June it will be Friday and Saturday evening which will have group shows. Saturday during the day will be exciting as we will have individual shows of established designers.”
A total of five shows have been outlined and 76 models have been chosen already.
