February 7, 2016 11:05 pm

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama was asked why the cane production in Rakiraki has not increased despite government funding under the cane development program.

Satish Narayan, a cane farmer of Rakiraki says he wants to know where the cash grant has gone.
