A 34 year old farmer is in police custody following a raid in Nalawa, Ra.

Close to 400 dried branches were found and 20 plants ranging from 2m-3m in height was also uprooted at the farm, all suspected to be marijuana.

The suspect is in custody at the Rakiraki Police Station and the seized materials have been sent for analysis.

Investigations continue.
