A post mortem is expected to be conducted today on a 25-year-old man who died yesterday in a road accident at Ratu Mara Rd in Nabua.
The victim, Kritesh Kumar, was about to graduate from Fiji National University, died when his car hit an electric pole.
Police spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri says the cause of the accident is still unknown.
“At the moment we cannot really says anything or comment on the cause accident .We will probably conducting a post mortem tomorrow on the deceased and the vehicle inspectors officers form the Land Transport Authority to come and also check on the vehicle just to try and determine the cause of the accident.”
Yesterday members of Kumar’s family began arriving at his home to console the family and help in whatever way they can.
Kritesh is the youngest of the two children.
