16-year-old Meghna Goundar during the launch of her first ever album

Building a future in singing along with studies is not easy.

16-year-old Meghna Goundar who launched her first ever album ‘Kya Ho Gaya’ last night says there is a lot of pressure but she is determined to achieve her goal.

The Fiji born singer says she started her journey at the age of four and her father is her inspiration.

Goundar intends to extend her music career and is encouraging young people to follow their dreams.

“My aim of doing all this is to encourage younger ones who are interested but are lacking some kind of effort. My aim is to encourage them to take a step forward as Fiji is not well known in Bollywood.”

The album which was launched yesterday consists of five original romantic songs with the endorsement of the coveted T-Series label.
