“We will develop educational cartoons using local materials meaning local examples and we will give it this cartoons free to nannies and grandparents who are looking after these children at home from age two to four. so that they can show these cartoons to children and use cartoons as a medium to educate the children and prepare them for ECE and Year one and later primary education.”
