“We plan to have the basin full, filled with water within the next six weeks and the dredging portion will be completed mid-January, 2020 with the floating docks being installed.”

Gann says development works are on schedule and they should have a soft opening for the marina by mid-next year.

The dredging is being done by Halls Contracting of Australia using cutter suction dredge Amity.
