He re-iterated that as military officers they should not interfere nor play the role of politicians.

“Just look at the job that is required of us and do the job. Don’t be distracted about what is happening on social media and don’t try to play the role of politicians, we are not politicians. We are soldiers, we’re military people and we just look work that needs to be done and do it. Let the talk go and let’s just do our job.”

Naupoto urged his officers to strictly follow their social media policy as some of the officers who ignored it have lost their job.

He also expresses his disappointment over a few of his officers with pending civil cases in court.
