Donations towards relief efforts in the Northern division have begun pouring in.

The first company to come on board with the donations is the Copra Millers of Fiji, with a donation of $3,000.

Rewa Rice Limited this week donated 400 packs of 5kg rice towards the relief supplies.

The Friendly North Festival Committee yesterday donated $25,000 towards the relief fund.

Hotel North Pole has also given $10,000.

Local residents are also turning up with bags and boxes of clothes and bedding’s for those affected.

Those who wish to make similar donations can do so at the Commissioner Northern’s Office, at Macuata House.
