The Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission are urging Fijians to do their research before buying any second-hand vehicle.
FCCC says the majority of vehicle-related complaints received, have to do with second-hand vehicle sales.
Potential buyers have been advised to get the vehicle checked by a mechanic before making a purchase and to make sure they understand all the paperwork provided by vehicle dealers.
