The general secretary of Sanatan Dharm – Virendra Lal says the festival of lives brings togetherness among the people.

“The message from Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha is we all work towards that, it signifies triumph over evil – so we do the right things and follow the right paths and may the Goddess of Laxmi – the Goddess of Wealth pour her blessings on each and every one of us.”

Diwali or the ‘festival of lights’ is an ancient Hindu festival and one of the brightest festivals in the Hindu Calendar.

The festival spiritually signifies the victory of good over evil with preparations and rituals extending over a five-day period.
