Digicel Fiji has appointed a new chief executive.
Mike Greig has a wealth of knowledge and experience in wireless and ICT technology.
Greig is no stranger to Fiji, as he previously worked on the Southern-Cross Cable Network when it was commissioned.
He also worked with Fintel producing data services.
“I’ve been in telecommunications for a very long time, done everything from digging ditches and climbing poles to marketing and selling software as a product. So I do understand digital information, I do understand what it is to compete in emerging markets. I’ve done a lot of work in America, the Latin America and I think I bring general all around aptitude in competence and understanding what we have to do.”
Greig has an open-ended contract with Digicel Fiji.
