The post mortem of a 38 year old Asian man found dead on Victoria Parade in Suva last Sunday will be conducted today.

Director CID, ASP Vakacegu Toduadua says they will wait to see the result of the post mortem before laying any charges if necessary.

Toduadua says they are currently interrogating a man who is in Police custody.

The two were allegedly drunk when they argued and scuffled on Victoria Parade which resulted in the death of the Asian man.

Police are now trying to ascertain whether the Asian man is a local or from overseas.
