Customers urged to report burst pipes

The Water Authority of Fiji is urging customers to report any burst pipes at their homes or in their neighborhood.
WAF General Manager Customer Services Sekove Uluinayau says when the burst pipes are left unattended, it not only requires a lot more repair work, but a lot of water is wasted.
‘’So that’s why we are working towards improving this aged-old infrastructure in order to better serve the communities by supplying clean access drinking water to them’’.
While the Authority is trying it’s best to address this issue, they’re also urging customers to do their part.
Water Authority customers are urged to attend the road shows held around the country and share their views on how WAF can provide better services.
