Customers our priority: Uluinayau

The Water Authority must ensure it keeps customers updated about its developments.

This was highlighted by WAF General Manager Customer Services Sekove Uluinayau during the Authority’s Customers Forum in Suva yesterday.

Uluinayau says the forum is designed to transmit information and create awareness in a timely, cost-effective and organized manner in terms of water conservations and time management.

“This platform gives us the opportunity to listen to you and your views as well as feedback on our service delivery.”

He adds that this is an effort aimed at fostering trust, value, and understanding for their customers.
