The Real Estate business is facing a lot of challenges such as some agents and customers both lack knowledge of the sector.

REALB Chair, Dr Abdul Hassan says such challenges have prompted them to carry out awareness on issues relating to the real estate business.

Dr Hassan says through their roadshows – REALB officers will help provide guidance to the public on documents required when dealing with real estate agents.

“What we are trying to do is to alert the people and educate them regarding the Real Estate sector activities in terms of buying and selling of properties and on the procedures that people need to follow.”

REALB will be having it’s Road Show in Lautoka today, moving to Nadi tomorrow and Sigatoka on Friday.
