Customer Services is one of the area that Fiji Electricity Authority will be focusing on come 2017.

Chief Executive, Hasmukh Patel says the authority will try ensure that all its customers are satisfied with whatever services provided by FEA.

“We are all trying our level best to ensure that our customer services level is the highest.”

According to Patel the Authority continues to execute its Rural Electrification Scheme.
