Curfew on Fiji stays

National Disaster Management director Akapusi Tuifagalele has warned the public to restrict their movement and stay indoors as the curfew is still in place for the Fiji group.

Tuifagalele says for safety reasons the public must refrain from any movement.

He says there are fallen trees and power lines that need to be cleared first.

The Emergency Committee will make a decision on the lifting of the curfew when it meets at 11am.
