The Government has appointed the South Pacific Stock Exchange’s subsidiary, the Central Share Registry Limited as a trustee of the Energy Fiji Limited.

This means the Registry will manage the shares of those EFL account holders who are yet to accept or apply for their EFL shares.

SPSE Chief Executive Krishika Narayan says these beneficiary services also include future eligible EFL electricity account holders, who satisfy the eligibility criteria as per EFL share offer.

Narayan says this is a great achievement for the CSRL.
