An engineer has been sent to inspect the breakdown.

“We will get a report from the engineer today on the course of action. So, possibly looking at how we can re-use the shaft which seems to be the first priority for us. Secondly, the option would be to move in one shaft from another mill. That could have in a couple of days. Or we can order one which could take a longer period of time. We are hopeful the issue will be addressed sooner rather than later.”

Chandra says there is no timeline yet on when Mill will begin operation but for now, they are requesting farmers to bear with them as they are working round the clock to fix the breakdown.
